How should I prepare for the visit?
Keep the route to the tank clear of parked cars, pets and garden equipment. Tell us about narrow gates, soft ground or a long distance between the road and the tank. If you are unsure where the lid is, let us know when booking. Leave heavy covers to us, and never enter the tank.
Will emptying solve smells or wet ground?
