From the callback form: your name, phone number and area.
When you call or email us: your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
When you visit the site: basic usage information through Google Analytics, but only if you accept cookies.

Why we use it

To call you back, answer your question and give you a quote. This is a step you've asked us to take before a possible contract.
To carry out the work if you go ahead, and to keep records we're legally required to keep.
To understand how the website is used, with your consent.

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for marketing.

Artificial intelligence (AI)

We do not use your personal information with AI tools or services, or to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Companies that help us run the website and our business: [website host, e.g. Microsoft Azure], [email provider, e.g. Azure Communication Services], [phone provider, e.g. Twilio]. They only use your information to provide their service to us.
Public bodies, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become a job: deleted after [12 months]. Customer records: kept for [6 years] for tax and legal reasons, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to stop us using it, or for a copy. Contact us and we'll reply within one month. If you're not happy, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission: dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Reject”, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
