No. It is one part of the site assessment. We also look at the soil, groundwater and surrounding features before recommending a suitable wastewater system and drainage arrangement.

What should I have ready?
Have your Eircode, a site map and any planning documents handy. Let us know about wells, drains, underground services and previous work. We will agree access and trial-hole arrangements with you before the visit.
What will the report tell me?
The report explains the findings, the recommended system and the next steps for planning or installation. If your plans change, give us a call so we can check whether the assessment needs updating. Planning approval remains a separate decision.
